On the 5th of May we headed down to Bristol to attend their first ever Sustainable Fashion Show amongst other sustainable businesses such as Frankies Thrifts, IM Designs, ThatThing Clothing and UNOA Clothing.
We hand selected 5 cute outfits from second hand clothing/ deadstock vintage we had in stock that were fit for 2019 festival wear and summer wear to show you that you can create fashionable lewks that don’t harm the environment.
The event included live music, DJs, a clothes swap, upcycling workshop and food donated by Bristol Junk Food Café, an initiative aimed to divert wasted food from supermarkets.
A huge £770 was raised for the sustainable angle, a charity aimed to promote sustainable textiles to be used in the industry. It was super rewarding to know that we were involved to support such a good cause!
Here’s some pictures we got of the beautiful models in our pieces at the event:
In the future expect Timeless Wear at more events like this, as you know we’re committed to sustainable fashion being the future of shopping n events like this really brings everyone together.
