Please contact us through timelesswearvintage@gmail.com and we will always try to find a resolution either by an exchange, a partial refund or full return if the item has arrived damaged or not fitting to the description.

Please note all sales are final.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund items if they fit the description.

Refunds

If you want to process a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item stating the issue with the item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Shipping & Lost Items

We send all items tracked so you will be able to check the status of your item through the Royal Mail website with the tracking number we have sent you (please check your junk email if you cannot see this).

UK orders

Estimated delivery time is 48 hrs from posting, however sometimes items are delayed out of our control so please consider this. If the parcel has taken longer than 5 working days from the due date then please contact us and we will contact and claim for a lost parcel on your behalf.

International orders

Estimated delivery time is 5-7 working days from posting, however sometimes items are delayed out of our control so please consider this. If the parcel has taken longer than 25 working days from the due date then please contact us and we will contact and claim for a lost parcel on your behalf. 

As soon as the parcel has been posted we are not responsible for any delays or the item being lost, however we will do all that we can to ensure you do receive the item, or in the case it is lost you will receive compensation. Please contact us if you are worried about a lost parcel.

We will not be able to process a refund for you for your lost item until we get a confirmation from Royal Mail that the item is 100% lost. 

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note if you put down your wrong address initially and then it gets sent back to us, you will have to pay for shipping again, or we will only be able to refund you the item cost not the postage cost, so PLEASE make sure to put the right address down as we are unable to change it once it gets posted off.
